PACAT applies quantity discounts for single orders of paper and digital tests at the following rates: a $0.50 per ACAT discount for quantities between 50 and 99; larger quantities will receive a $1.00 discount per ACAT. PACAT Inc. reserves the right to stop or modify this program at any time without notice.
PACAT adds an order processing fee to ACAT Online and ACAT-N orders. The fee is $2.00 for orders of 1 or 2 codes and then $0.75 per code to a maximum of $50. The fee offsets the costs of providing lists of unused codes, technical support, and managing time accommodations. PACAT Inc. reserves the right to change this fee at any time.
All testing materials are the property of PACAT Inc. Print tests ordered for administration on or after June 1 expire on May 31 of the following year. Unused booklets may be kept if they are to be used prior to the expiration date printed on the front of the booklet. All ACAT booklets, used and unused, must be returned within 30 days of the expiration date.
ACAT Online and ACAT-N codes purchased after August 1, 2025, will expire after 36 months. Codes purchased prior to August 1, 2025, will expire after 72 months. PACAT will provide lists of unused codes on request and with all new orders.
PACAT Inc. does not issue credits or refunds for unused booklets or authentication codes.
Shipment will be by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or necessary to fulfill a rush order. Shipping and handling costs are paid by the ordering institution.
PACAT Inc. is not responsible for materials that are delayed in transit due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided when an order is placed.
Payment terms are net 30. In the event an account is not settled in a timely manner we may declare the entire balance due immediately without notice or demand. We reserve the right to decline further orders for testing services until accounts have been satisfactorily settled.
By its nature, research is unpredictable and without guarantee of predictable results, even when conducted on a reasonable basis. In the performance of research, we must explicitly disclaim certain warranties that may attach by operation of law.
